TELECOM INDUSTRY STUDY: The emotional impact of advertising in the telecom industry.

Human Behavior Research conducted in January  a study that measures the emotional impact that was generated by the most viewed commercials from the telecom industry on website www.youtube.com. We selected  three commercials to be analyzed, one from each of the three biggest competitors from the telecom industry from Romania.
